The Big E, also known as The Eastern States Exposition, is billed as "New England's Great State fair". It is the largest agricultural event on the eastern seaboard and the sixth-largest fair in the nation.

Is it possible to set foot in all six New England states in one hour? Absolutely, if you visit the Avenue of States during The Big E, the only fair in the nation where more than one state participates. On this educational thoroughfare you’ll see impressive replicas of each New England state’s original statehouse sitting on land actually owned by that state.
