I bought this print for my daughter as she lived in Hallowell, Maine where these chairs are lined along the Kennebec River. She walked her dog along the river daily and always sat in one of these colored Adirondacks and watched for the Sturgeon to jump. After 4 years she sadly had to move and now cherishes the yearly calendars to keep the memories alive. Buying this print for her was icing on the cake.

Purchased several items as Christmas gifts for family members and these were well received. Alan’s artwork brought back the best memories of growing up in Maine on the coastal shoreline.

I ordered this tea towel as a gift. It’s well executed and a stand out in the kitchen. Being reminded of the wonderful vistas of Maine’s lighthouses while drying dishes, takes away the usual drudgery of the task. The material is soft and edges well stitched. It makes a lovely gift!

Every year, we look forward to seeing the images that are on the Alan Claude calendar. I frame them in a matted frame and put 2 at a time on a wall in my kitchen (i.e. Jan/Feb, Feb/March, March/April). Such quality art. They represent New England at its best! Just received our 2026 calendar!

Every year, this is my favorite Christmas present to open. I love Alan's work and plan to take a ride to the store this year to "take it all in". This January's sledding hill makes me fell like I am looking at the kids out my window. Stumbled upon his artwork at a restaurant and Ive been a big fan ever since. The colors palette is remarkable!

As this is the 3rd year I have ordered a desk calendar.it is obvious that my husband and I love them. We live now in Florida but still love New England and these pictures bring so much joy to us especially the winter scenes around the holidays.

For years I have always purchased another Maine artist’s calendar, but after being taken by Alan’s work for sometime now, I decided to jump ship and order his. It is stunning, and I already purchase his beautiful cards (and find that I hold onto them since they’re almost too nice to part with). I am sure a larger piece will be in my future.
