ARTWALK GARDINER celebrates its community of artists and businesses in Historic Downtown Gardiner, Maine.
ARTWALK GARDINER - Friday, December 5th 2025 - 5:30pm to 8pm.
The Alan Claude Gallery will be one of sixteen businesses hosting artists.
Join us for a fun event with Mark Martel's Famous Meatballs and light appetizers, wine and drinks. We are opening up, "The Cellar", to our special guest artists: Miriam Webber, Charlie Mrazik (6 year old!) and Mike Gent - his art is featured on the December Artwalk Gardiner poster.
Singer songwriter Katie Daggett, a Maine native, will be performing her unique blend of adult contemporary music https://katiedaggett.com/
Artwalk Gardiner was formally launched in the fall of 2005 by Artdogs Studios and a handful of artists in Gardiner.

The maiden voyage of the Brilliant Lady enters into Eastport, Maine. I was honored to represent the state of Maine by welcoming the captain and his crew with a piece of art. September 18th 2025. It's a beautiful cruise ship. Virgin Voyages does it right!

The Alan Claude Gallery won Down East Magazine’s Best Art Gallery in Maine. Overlooking the Kennebec River, the Alan Claude Gallery is located in historic downtown Gardiner. Alan Claude’s poster style art of lighthouses, coastal and lake scenes of Maine and other New England states are boldly displayed in the artist’s beautifully restored buildings and gallery. The Laudholm Nature Crafts Festival is a juried event highlighting many of New England's most skilled creative people. It attracts thousands of visitors who appreciate their fine work. The event is held every September on the weekend after Labor Day. Music and food round out the festival, which is a major fundraiser for Laudholm Trust, the nonprofit that supports the Wells National Estuarine Research Reserve.

Art In The Park - South Portland, Maine

The City of South Portland's Art in the Park is an annual summer favorite for both artists and attendees dating back to 1980. Held on the second Saturday in August in beautiful Mill Creek Park, the show features original art and photography by up to 170 artists, a food court, and music in the afternoon. Admission is free to the public. The show opens at 9:00 a.m. and closes at 4:00 p.m.
60th Annual Yarmouth Clam Festival - Yarmouth, Maine

The Yarmouth Clam Festival is an annual summer event that promotes the community and provides opportunities for Yarmouth-based non-profit organizations to raise funds in support of their missions. Admission to the Festival is FREE!
Every year approximately thirty non-profit groups volunteer thousands and thousands of hours to bring the Festival to life. Come join us for a long weekend (always the 3rd Friday in July) and enjoy all that we have to offer; Friday night parade, Saturday night fireworks, live music from 3 stages, fantastic food served by our non-profit volunteers, arts & crafts shows, road races and more. The Carnival on the Midway opens Wednesday evening and runs through Sunday. All other Festival activities start Friday at 10:00 am.
