Edgartown Light Art Drink Coaster - Massachusetts -
$12.00
My pregnant (with twin girls) wife Erin, our three-year-old son Zacharie and I took the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard on a calm summer morning. Edgartown was a key whaling port in the 1800’s. On our walk to the beach we were impressed by the stately “Captains’ Homes” with their distinctive white clapboards and black or dark green shudders. The Edgartown lighthouse sits solitarily on a mostly sandy peninsula with boats docked on one side and the open sea on the other. As I carried Zacharie on my back through the water, we were both fascinated by the countless seashells strung along the shore. It was a sweet family moment at this lighthouse, and one that I will always remember.
Absorbent stone coaster 4.25"x 4.25" with cork backing.
Beautifully made by CoasterStone - packaged in a individual sleeve.
Each coaster is rustic and perfectly imperfect! Unlike our smooth paper prints, these coasters have slight color inconsistencies and minor scrapes because of the absorbent stone texture.

These coasters are exactly what I was looking for. I got four coasters with lighthouses in places where I’ve been. Every time I look at them they evoke memories of the time spent at each location.
