Maine Lobster Ain't Nothing Bettah- The stage was set, lobsters boats nearby were just unloading their fresh catch, a warm summer breeze was present as Brian, my father-in-law, and I enjoyed our Homarus Americanus at Muscongus Bay Lobster Pound in Round Pond, Maine. Rarely would we raise our heads beyond the scope of our seafood trays, or even speak for that matter, but on one such notable occasion Brian aka "PA", did so and uttered the immortal words “Ain’t Nothin’ Bettah!” I nodded wholeheartedly in agreement.

The colors are bold and striking with a solid ink coverage reminiscent of silk-screen printing

Unusual art that captures Maine

I found Alan Claude’s studio quite by chance.
A beautiful 12 months calendar was hanging in the window in a unique visual display. I am a longtime collector of fine art, the window display pulled us through the door!
The art is contemporary while speaking to traditional Maine. My daughter and I bought a number of pieces, gifted many. The recipients have been delighted. Excellent customer service, quick turnaround and shipping, and Alan will even sign the pieces. In house framing is a bonus and all are very reasonably priced. Highly recommend!
