The Dream Studio is Finally Complete
It has been over two years since Graphic Alan first visited the abandoned building on the end of Water Street, in Gardiner. Now, after pouring countless hours of hard work and dedication into this renovation, he finally opens the door to the public.

Maine Artist Alan Claude owns two of the buildings. Claude is well-known for his graphic artwork featuring Maine lighthouses and colorful coastal scenes. Claude plans to open a gallery and retail space and says he’s also excited to be part of the redevelopment downtown.
“There’s so much history here and I look forward to seeing the revival happen,” Claude said.
