Maine Artist Alan Claude owns two of the buildings. Claude is well-known for his graphic artwork featuring Maine lighthouses and colorful coastal scenes. Claude plans to open a gallery and retail space and says he’s also excited to be part of the redevelopment downtown.
“There’s so much history here and I look forward to seeing the revival happen,” Claude said.
